We are here for you. Students seeking mental health support can access a number of remote and in-person services. Read below for ways to support your mental well-being:

  • 24/7 Mental Health Support: With the Anytime Anywhere app, students have access to free and confidential mental health and wellness counseling at any time of day, from anywhere in the world, 365 days a year.
  • Physical Activity: Be active to support your mental health. Recreational Sports facilities and activities provide many ways to get involved, whether in person or accessing services remotely.
  • Wellness Coaching: Wellness coaching helps you work toward personal, meaningful goals with the assistance of a certified wellness coach. Schedule an appointment for this free service.
  • CAPS On-Call Clinic: Counseling & Psychological Services offers a variety of services, resources, and referrals to support your well-being and help you meet your goals. Short-term counseling and other therapy services are available to students enrolled at the Corvallis campus and Ecampus students residing in Oregon.
