OSU Experience

InnovationX, the Center of Excellence for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the College of Business, delivers programming for students to explore sustainable business practices and take part in entrepreneurship activities. Resources and programs are available to students of all majors.  

Most years, Student Experiences & Engagement oversees about 400 clubs and organizations. Find one that fits with your passion! There are lots of options to explore — from cultural organizations to clubs focusing on environmental, health or other social issues. Clubs enhance knowledge, help you develop transferable skills and complement classroom learning. Learn leadership, organizational development, team building and communication skills.

Located in West Hall, with a special wing in Sackett Hall, the Honors College community helps students succeed by providing collaborative workspaces, close proximity to Honors College offices, and a central campus living experience.

Students who love the outdoors and adventure are encouraged to take advantage of this community — build leadership skills while participating in adventure trips, skills workshops and more. 

Expand your horizons and cross international borders while living on campus. Global Village in the International Living-Learning Center is a partnership with the College of Liberal Arts and INTO OSU that offers international-domestic student roommate opportunities and much more.

The Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) are a group of college-based officer training programs for training commissioned officers of the United States Armed Forces. Under ROTC, a student may receive a competitive, merit-based scholarship, covering all or part of college tuition, in return for an obligation of active military service after graduation. Students who would like to live with other ROTC students, who keep the same rigorous ROTC schedule, are welcome to join the community in Finley Hall on the 7th floor.

The Office of Equal Opportunity and Access works to promote equity, inclusion and diversity at OSU by creating a comfortable and safe community for all individuals to participate in and enjoy. The office offers trainings on a variety of equity and inclusion-related topics.

This program focuses on peer-to-peer connections for international students, who come to OSU from nearly 100 countries. The team facilitates participation in community, recreational and educational activities.

Through our many programs, Student Experiences & Engagement provides hands-on experiences that can help you find a sense of belonging, build skills for employability, challenge your heart and mind, make new connections, amplify your strengths, help you connect to purpose, lift your spirit and support you living your best life. 

Orange Media Network oversees a multitude of student media channels, including KBVR FM, KBVR TV, the Barometer, Prism Magazine and Beaver's Digest.
